A software engineer for over ten years, and before that responsible for real operations. That's why keeping what already exists alive isn't a promise here.
The short version
I'm Donizeti Ferreira. I've worked with software since 2016, and most of that time wasn't only writing code: I went through operations, through managing a team, and through answering for what was live at three in the morning. It's a less common path than it sounds, and it's what explains what I sell today.
D7BOTS is the company that signs the contract. It isn't an agency with a team behind it: it's one person, with enough process and tooling to handle the volume that used to need a small team. Whoever answers the first message is the one who writes the code and the one who gets woken up when something falls over.
What I don't try to hide: I don't take many contracts at once, I don't sell 24-hour on-call, and I say when a problem isn't worth solving with software. Saying no is part of the service — it's what's left of the value once the easy part became automatic.
